Expert Insulation contractor Serving Cumming

Phil came to our home to discuss our attic insulation upgrade and went over our options and explained what his company would do. We were able to schedule the work relatively soon and his installers arrived on time, were polite and answered questions that we had. They cleaned up afterwards and the project seemed well done.

Phil Wheeler did an exceptional job installing insulation in my home. Scheduling was easy, the team arrived early, explained the process, and provided periodic progress updates during the install. They even took care of exposed wiring discovered during the install. They were highly professional and I am very pleased with the final product. I highly recommend their services.

To prepare our home for sale, I wanted to replace our attic insulation as there was evidence of a rat issue we had some years back. After considering doing the job myself, I realized this was a huge undertaking. I found Phil Wheeler Install and he made it so easy!! His company removes all the old insulation (along with the signs of rats) fills any and all holes that pests use to gain access and filled our attic with clean, new insulation and will return for TEN YEARS to make sure the same amount of insulation exists—and adds more if it has settled. Great company and experience!! We got an offer for above asking our first weekend listed. Thanks, Phil!!

Phil took the time to walk through the project in detail and followed up after completion to ensure everything met our expectations. The crew was equally professional, carefully prepping the space before installation, adding baffles, rulers, and a pull-down stair cover to keep down the dirt and mess, before blowing in the insulation. If you are considering reinsulating your attic, this is a team with experience and competitive pricing.

Very happy with the removal of old installation and spraying of foam insulation in our attic. Phil gave us the best of three quotes, great information and the whole team was very professional, on time and courteous.
